Steven Kamenir, M.D.
Born in Ohio, Dr. Steven Kamenir received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1990.
He completed his pediatric residency at Case Western Reserve University in 1993 and his pediatric cardiology fellowship at Harvard University’s Boston Children’s Hospital in 1997.
Prior to joining Capital District Pediatric Cardiology Associates in 2001, Dr. Kamenir was a pediatric cardiologist at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.
Dr. Kamenir is board certified in pediatric cardiology and pediatrics. He has special interests in fetal cardiology and trans-thoracic, trans-esophageal, and fetal echocardiography.
Dr. Kamenir is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Chief of the Section of Pediatric Cardiology at Albany Medical College.
